The Tailored Design is our signature design service. We call this “designing for the Maine way of life”. You can live your life while we create the home of your dreams. Based on your requirements, we will create a design that will fit your lifestyle for many years to come. Specializing in creating beautiful, functional, low-maintenance homes, our tailored designs will give you more time to enjoy the outdoors. We focus on healthy, environmentally friendly spaces that cater to your lifestyle.

Overview of Design Process & Deliverables**:**
Design Analysis:
1. Goals , desires, and needs analysis
2. Investment review of reno, design services and furnishing & accessories
3. Design Schedule, Renovations Schedule
4. Five 90-minute onsite meetings (throughout the design process)
5. Five 90-minute Zoom meetings (throughout the design process)
7. Online Design Portal access to track your project
Design Concept:
1. Two vision board options. You choose one.
2. One revision to your vision board (if needed)
3. Two concept floor plans per space (you choose one)
4. One revision to concept floor plan (if needed)
5. One rendering (3D illustration) per room
Design Development & Construction Doc
1. One set of construction drawings for contractor to include: floor plans, elevations, plumbing layout, lighting design
2. One set of permit documents (as required)
3. One elevation of each custom built-in & fireplace
4. One revision per elevation (if needed)
5. Two contractor walk-throughs
Procurement & Installation
1. One material selection for finishes (lights, plumbing fixtures, paint, hardware, etc.)
2. One materials/finishes list for contractor
3. One final furniture & accessories selection board
4. One furniture & accessories selection board revision (if needed)
5. Product sourcing (for items on the furniture & accessories board)
6. Purchase orders (for items on the furniture & accessories board)
7. Re-selection of any discontinued items (if needed)
8. Receive & inspect products on arrival
9. Storage (small storage fee is added if we need to store in our warehouse)
10. Styling & installation supervision
11. Coordinate furniture delivery & installation with movers (delivery fees and installation cost will be determined when scheduling occurs)
Optional add on: Construction oversight. If you live out of state/away from site and would like weekly or bi-weekly site inspections, we provide that service under a separate contract on an hourly basis. You will receive a weekly status report with pictures. We will work with your contractor to resolve any issues they may have in your absence.

1. Can I use this for multiple rooms? Yes
2. Can the consultation be online? Yes
3. What if I need more time? You may purchase additional time at $125 hr.
4. Can I reschedule my time? Yes. There is no fee for canceling or rescheduling with a 24-hour notice.
5. Do we get to approve items before purchases are made? Yes. You approve and pay a deposit for purchases upfront before the items are ordered. Anything not pre-approved, you have the option of purchasing after the fact or we take it back.
